So it’s no surprise that people don’t get tired of seeing those fantastic announcements where everyone around them cheers or starts crying. However, what is of the utmost importance here in all cases, is announcing your baby’s birth in the way that you feel the most comfortable. How to Announce Your Pregnancy
I found quite a few really unique and very sweet methods for letting loved ones know you’re expecting.
Baby Shoes
I loved the baby shoes idea because frankly, who can resist a tiny pair of shoes? This method involves taking a photo of your current families feet complete with an empty pair of baby shoes to represent the two feet your family is soon to grow by.
Digital Pregnancy Test
The newest digital pregnancy test have a “Pregnant” display on them, instead of a confusing set of bars or other symbols. Many new moms have taken a photo of the readout and implemented it in emails or newsletters to announce to their loved ones that they are expecting.
Only Child Expiration Date
If your newest family member will be a second sibling, announce the date that their Only Child status expires. It certainly helps if you have a morose looking kid in the photo, but there’s so many creative ways to do this, you’ll have a great time thinking up those ideas. Also, you can use this same concept for the new titles your larger family would have. The youngest will now be the middle or oldest child, the newest the youngest!

Today’s ultrasound technology is amazing. The photos or videos you can see these days are literal 3D models of your baby. You can see family features in them they have such clarity. Want to really impress the soon-t0-be-grandparents? Mail them a copy of your 3D Ultrasound. They are part of the first generations of grandparents to be privy to this type of early view of their descendants!
Will Trade For ………
Head to your local classified ad site with a photo of your partner’s favorite item. Xbox? Motorcycle? Computer? Whatever the item, post the photo and use the title “Will Trade for Crib”. But don’t forget to take it down or your partner might experience some lasting anxiety!
