10 Tips for Pregnancy

  1. Drink plenty of fluids
  2. Eat 5-6 meals a day
  3. Avoid exposure to second hand smoke
  4. Walk and exercise regularly
  5. Take pre-natal vitamins as directed by your physician
  6. Rest well
  7. Maintain communication with doctor, midwife and/or doula with prenatal care, screenings, exams, and support.
  8. Take a childbirth class
  9. Stop smoking and alcohol use
  10. Keep control on stress levels
