Description: A special JCC kids camp for Columbus Day. Travel through time on an imaginative adventure. Meet crazy characters from different generations during hilarious improv games and work together to create your own characters and discover what it might be like to arrive in America for the very first time. Description: Not got tickets to Comic Con this year? Check out this weekend of workshops at CMOM celebrating all things pop-culture. They include comic book making, design your own cape, draw like a manga artist and a story time with Sophie Bell, author of The Ultra-violets.
Venue Description: Hoping to motivate children and families to learn about themselves and the various cultures of the world, the Children’s Museum of Manhattan (CMOM) houses a variety of interactive exhibitions and programs. Description: Join Ana Bianchi, the designer of Paper Girl Collection, for a special paper dress-making workshop. Young artists will create their own hand-illustrated and collaged dresses.
